About Sue
Sue started to practise yoga in India
in 1991. She qualified as a Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in
1999 and has since trained with respected teachers in various styles
(including Iyengar, Astanga, Scaravelli, Yin). She is currently
training with an osteopath.

Over the past 12 years she has taught mainstream classes, playful
sessions for children, gentle movement for old people and relaxation
techniques for those with mental illness or overcoming addiction as well
as one-to-one sessions addressing particular issues. She aims to make
yoga accessible to all, tailoring the practices to individual needs',
recognising and working with areas of holding and encouraging a
deepening awareness of body and mind.
